Due to the complexity of scheduling, all deposits are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you can resell / give your seat to someone else. Or, your deposit may be used toward a future session. In the case of inclement weather, you will have the option to move your session in-studio or to reschedule for a different date (or to play in the rain...as the Kimbell has some covered areas, too; )
